Welcome to Camp Sports!!

My name is Gabi Kessler. I’m from Woodmere, NY. This summer will be my 5^th year in camp, my 4^th consecutive year as an Advisor and 1^st as a dorm counselor. People ask me why I keep returning to Camp Sports and never try other programs. My response always is, because Camp Sports is family; and always an amazing summer. Each summer we get an amazing group of NCSYer’s and Advisors. It is such an awesome experience getting to know such amazing people and having an incredible summer together. The learning and sports are so upbeat, intriguing, and exciting. Get ready for an amazing summer, and welcome to the Camp Sports Family.

Advisor Spotlight Eitan Blumstein

Hey guys! My name is Eitan Blumstein and I’m from West Hempstead, New York. I attended to Rambam Mesivta for High School, was in Yeshivat Sha’alvim for two years in Israel, and just completed my first year at Yeshiva University. I am proud to say that this will be my 7th (yes, I did say 7th) summer in camp. Something that you guys should know going into camp is that I am in love with playing Ultimate Frisbee (I take it very seriously, 🙂 ). I’m also a very big schmoozer, so you guys should see me around plenty.

Advisor/Dorm Counselor Spotlight Alex Selesny

Hi, I’m Alex Selesny! I’m from West Hempstead, NY and I just started YU after being in Yeshivas Sha’alvim for a couple years. This is my 5th year with camp- second year as a counselor. I’m really looking forward to an awesome summer with all the learning, sports (especially soccer-I know, I’m in the minority- and football), dunkin donuts, and, of course, getting to get to know and hang out with the guys in camp.
